Motorsports Tas maintains an Officials Register database. The Register allows for officials' details to be collected and updated in the one place by one person.
The Officials Co-ordinator collects information, collates and organises volunteer officials and officials information for major circuit race meetings in Tasmania, primarily held at Baskerville Raceway or Symmons Plains. Including: V8's, Shannons Nationals, Historic meetings and the Tasmanian Super Series (TSS) rounds.
