CAMS V8 TRACKSIDE TRAINING DAY – February 4th at Symmons Plains
This training day is applicable to all officials, existing, returning and new and it is very highly recommended that you attend.
This is a reminder that there is a training day being held on Saturday 4 February at Symmons Plains, covering both Trackside (Bronze Circuit) and Bronze Event Administration. This is your chance to sign up to upskill in preparation for the year ahead and is the only opportunity we will have to refresh trackside before the V8 Supercars arrive.
Please share this with anyone who may be interested. We need to reach a minimum number of people registered in order to go ahead with the training, so please book in now! Training is free and lunch will be provided.
Contact Jenna at the CAMS Office (6227 5601) to register an interest click here.
We are always looking to boost our officials' teams! Contact any of us for further information:
Janine (0438 203 056), Donald ( 0419 388 198 OR 6224 4134).
Motorsports Tas maintains an Officials Register database. The Register allows for officials' details to be collected and updated in the one place by one person.
The Officials Co-ordinator collects information, collates and organises volunteer officials and officials information for major circuit race meetings in Tasmania, primarily held at Baskerville Raceway or Symmons Plains.
The format for advising your availability is very simple:
- check calendar for upcoming events;
- choose the event date/meeting;
- fill in your details and submit.
Your availability needs to be submitted to the Officials Coordinator by cob on the Tuesday 2 weeks before.
Please note these date cut offs will be different for the V8's and some other special meetings.
The MST website offers the ability to submit your availability for meetings or to update your details on-line.
Availability (form submission) is available via the website either through the Events Calendar or directly by clicking the forms link below.
The MST Register Co-ordinator (Janine Evers) can be contacted via: email@example.com
